In order to grab more cash, fill its planes and add Aeroplan memberships, Air Canada has introduced the Infinite Canada Flight Pass to Canadian residents only.
Details of the Air Canada Infinite Canada Flight Pass
For a flat monthly fee, the Infinite Canada Flight Pass allows unlimited travel within Canada. At least to provinces that open for business without any restrictions. Refer to list of eligible cities at the end of article. Flights must be operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge and Air Canada Express.
Travellers can book as many flights as they need during either one, two or three months period. This offer is targeted to Aeroplan members only. Non-members can enroll beforehand and make the purchase. I wrote an small guide on how to properly enroll to Aeroplan. It may take up to 72jours after enrolment to activate.
Also, Air Canada offers three fare options: Standard, Flex and Latitude.
The offer ends 23 September, 2020.
Fare options prices will vary from a province to another, but here’s what they look like if your province of residence is Quebec:
Standard: $2,299 ($2,000 + GST/QST)
Flex: $2,874
Latitude: $5,748

Booking availability depend on the booking fare of each pass. Therefore, the Standard pass booking availability is based on S fare class, Flex on M fare class and Latitude on Y fare class.
Although bookings can me made 1 hour prior to the flight, changes done at the airport, either a self-service kiosk or with an agent will incur a fee:
Standard: $150
Flex: $75
Latitude: $0
Also, flight credit has to be canceled more than 1 hour before flight time or risk losing the credit.
Earning Altitude Qualifying Miles
Travelers will earn a fixed amount of Altitude Qualifying Miles per month:
Standard: 5,000 Altitude Qualifying Miles
Flex: 10,000 Altitude Qualifying Miles
Latitude: 15,000 Altitude Qualifying Miles
No other miles or qualifying miles will be awarded. This pass is limited to Aeroplan only, therefore, other Star Alliance frequent flyer programs are excluded.
This makes the pass less interesting for those who are looking to gain

Aren’t the Maritimes in their own bubble ? What’s the use of flying there if you can’t get in. Should be considered restricted.
That’s what I thought too. But the map shows otherwise for all 4 Maritime provinces. Actually, you are right, the map is misleading, all 4 provinces are still in their Atlantic Bubble, 14-day quarantine is still in effect. Devil’s in the details -_-
